VBA (Venture Beyond Aspirations) supports early-stage entrepreneurs through branding, digital tools, and business development. Kreadiv is our in-house creative division that helps clients bring their visual brand to life through websites, mobile apps, logos, and more.

The Kreadiv Coordinator plays a key role in keeping creative projects moving by managing communication between clients and contractors, organizing project assets, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery — all without requiring the Coordinator to do design work themselves.

Position Summary

The Kreadiv Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day flow of creative projects. This includes assigning contractors, uploading and managing assets in SharePoint, requesting client approvals, and serving as the primary liaison between Kreadiv clients and the internal team. You’ll ensure that branding packages, websites, and design files are delivered on time and in alignment with client expectations.

This position reports to the Kreadiv Manager and works closely with contractors and VBA members/clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for all Kreadiv clients

  • Assign projects to the appropriate contractor based on project type and availability

  • Upload project files, brand assets, and client resources to SharePoint

  • Monitor project deadlines and communicate status updates to clients

  • Request e-signatures through Adobe Sign for client approvals and final deliverables

  • Review creative submissions to ensure alignment with client expectations before delivery

  • Maintain clear documentation of project status, contractor assignments, and delivery timelines in Microsoft Teams

  • Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback post-delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience managing creative or digital projects (agency or startup background a plus)

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Sign

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

  • Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset

  • Proactive problem solver who can step in to remove roadblocks

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time, remote

  • Estimated 8–12 hours per week

  • Reports to Kreadiv Manager

  • Compensation: $15-$18/hr
